The Economy single room at Offenbacher Hof was clean and surprisingly comfortable. The Wi-Fi exceeded my expectations and the location was convenient for both food and shopping. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long flight, especially with the balcony where my large family could relax.

Location and uncomplicated

Missing air conditioning in a supposedly 4 star house. It was more like two stars. Balcony in dilapidated, dirty condition.

Near train station and concert hall

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Offenbach and got an amazing value for my money. The room was clean, well-furnished, and even had a minibar and kettle. The staff, especially the manager, was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help me. The location was perfect, with easy access to train stations and a quiet neighborhood.

The breakfast selection could be improved by having separate pans for vegetarian and non-vegetarian items, especially for guests with dietary restrictions.

The Economy single room was surprisingly clean and surprisingly comfortable for its small size. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly good. The hotel is conveniently located just a short drive away from the city center. The staff was super nice and helpful, even bringing soap to our room within 5 minutes. They also helped me return a forgotten item. The room itself was mind-blowingly spacious, with a fridge and water provided, which was a jaw-dropping surprise. The hotel is also conveniently close to the train station.

OMG! Our stay at this hotel was mind-blowing! The room was super spacious and had a flat-screen TV. The staff was so friendly, especially the lady from Iran. The check-in and check-out process was jaw-droppingly fast and easy. Plus, the hotel has free Wi-Fi, a locker room, and a bar/lounge area. We were pleasantly surprised by the sauna and lift facilities too. And guess what? No pets allowed and no smoking on site! This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations!

Every service cost extra - breakfast, wifi, parking. The car park entrance was so tight that I would not recommend it to anyone with a large car, one with poor turning circles or a hire car - all of which sum up the car I was driving!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the WiFi worked perfectly for all our late-night Netflix binge-watching sessions. The night staff was super cool and gave us great recommendations for hip clubs and bars in Frankfurt. We had a blast exploring the nightlife in the city and visiting the famous Reeperbahn. It was the perfect vacation for young party-goers like us!

The only thing we wished for was a happening party scene within the hotel itself. It would've been even more amazing if the hotel had its own nightclub or organized fun events for young people.

Wifi price was €6 for 24 hrs, not €9 per hour as reported on Booked.net.

Not for the first time, there was no extra bed in the room when we arrived so we had to wait an half hour before they set one up in another room. Not for the first time, I was told on check-in that children of 11 pay half price for breakfast, but on checkout I was billed for the first time (every memeber of staff seems to have their own opinion of the price for children). On the reservation the price for an extra bed was shown as €10 per night, but I was billed for €20 per night.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the S-Bahn station and there is a nearby shopping mall. The room set up offers big windows that let in a lot of natural light. The breakfast was standard but satisfactory.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel could be improved, especially with regard to unpleasant smells in the room.
